Important notice regarding iWeb power capacity upgrade
Work affecting our power sources has been mentionned in a previous article that you can read here, Please note that iWeb is currently upgrading its power capacity at the iWEB-HD datacenter. The maintenance operations that will occur require manipulations of the power sources thus work turning out critical. The planned work should not affect the service unless an unexpected incident happens. All our team will make sure every possible measure is in place in order to prevent any unexpected event from happening.
For your information, here is the planned critical work schedule :
.: May 11th: Switch to generator power in order to configure the new emergency power supply
.: May 12th: Complete configuration of a temporary generator
.: May 25th: Relocation of the existing power source and the new distribution preparation
.: May 31th: Transfer power load on the new power source
Some power source and temporary generator pictures can be found at the bottom of this news. The temporary generator will allow us to transfer switch from one power source to another without any service interruption.
