Datacenter Expansion: Panoramic View
We are happy to post new panoramic view pictures of both the Dedicated Server section, the Colocation section and the NOC of the iWEB-CL datacenter. Those pictures will give you a good indication of the work in progress and it gives an excellent idea of the size of each section. We also included some detailed explanations of each part of the datacenter.

The panoramic pictures explained…
| Zone1: Dedicated Servers Section | ![]() |
| One of the server’s row (on the left) is not present on this picture because it is offset compare to the others. The first 4 rows are currently filled at full capacity. You will also notice that there is less space between rows on the left (phase 1) than on the right (phase 2). It is because the first rows were arranged in high density which means a larger amount of servers by square foot which requires a different air circulation. The rows of phase 2 are currently arranged in low density for the moment to optimize the air conditioning of the area but other rows will be added afterwards, the same way as those of phase 1. | |
| Zone2: Colocation Section | ![]() |
| Here’s a general view of our colocation section. New racks were delivered this the week and will be installed at the end of the 2 rows on the right on the picture. | |
| Zone5: NOC Zone | ![]() |
| Here’s the space reserved for our systems / networks administrators. As you can notice, a few administrators are already working in the new NOC to make sure that all the operations run smoothly. Half of the office is already occupied and in the next few months, the room will be full of qualified system administrators! | |

New panoramic pictures will be published to keep you up to date with the last developments of the other sections.

I’m adminning our server from our UK office. The date/time on the server is coming up as three hours ahead of me. Does this mean the new center is in Bulgaria? Or did someone simply forget to synch the time?

Probably a time sync problem. Please contact the sysadmins so they can correct it.
